We had a really great experience selling our house with Carie, I would highly recommend her whether buying or selling your house. She truly has your best interests in mind, I thought about doing some home improvements before putting the house on the market, and she was spot on with which ones to do and what not to do, saving me money in the long run. The house sold quickly. She told us what to expect from the buyer, and we even had a notary come to our new house to do closing documents so we didn't have to drive the 3 hour round trip!

Carie is honest, helpful and provides you with homes that specifically match what you’re looking for.

She also gives you the space to make the best decision based on your needs and whether or not you feel like you’ve walked into your future home. She never tried to sell us on a home based on what she thought we wanted to hear.

She also provided researched and necessary information to make smart financial choices with regard to offers and listing, particularly in a very unbalanced housing market.

Being first time buyers - my boyfriend and I were totally lost trying to figure out how and where to start the home buying process. Thank GOODNESS we found Carie and her wonderful team. From the moment we met her she walked us through every step of the process, always made us feel comfortable and informed, and answered every silly question we had along the way! I was a first time homebuyer and Carie helped me through the whole process. We went through a couple of houses which I liked a lot, but could never come to an agreement on them. Carie kept telling me that there will be a better house waiting for me. And of course there was. She texted me saying that we HAVE to see this next house, which just got posted on the market. We go to see the house and it just blew the other houses out of the water. This house had everything I wanted and then some. There ended being a total of 9 offers on the table and we came out on top. Carie was so supportive and taught me so much about the house buying process. You really couldn’t ask for a better realtor to have.

Being a first time home owner, I had many questions about the houses themselves and the home buying process. Carie was very kind and patient in answering all of them!

Carie was able to provide us a wide variety of homes across the area to view despite a limited time frame. Once we found the perfect home, Carie was with us every step of the way. Carie was very professional and provided us with so much information that we did ot even know we needed to think about. She was very patient and showed us more that 50 homes before we found just the right one. She helped us consider what we needed to do to get our home ready for sale and it was sold within 10 days. Carie walked us through everything we could expect during inspections and how to negotiate through the Resolution of Unacceptable conditions. We meet Carie at a Panera bread in Independence, MO while interviewing potential realtors. We had been burned by agents in the past and we were determined to find the best this time around. My wife and I left that meeting knowing that Carie Averill was our real estate agent for life. She understands reality in Kansas City and surrounding areas. She listens and is patient when other agents try to push or rush you into making a quick decision. Not Carie. She's honest and worked extremely diligent in finding the right home for my family.

Choosing Carie Averill was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thanks to her we found our deam home in the neighborhood we wanted, for the price we wanted and could afford.
