I made a request via Zillow at some crazy hour of the evening and Carl responded within minutes, and had a wealth of information which didn't come from the MLS system. He showed me the place the next day and suggested other properties that were good fits for me. When I would call with some new listing to see, he was able to work in a showing within hours. He is ethical, trustworthy and I never felt pressured to buy. When the right place came along, he gave me good advice and calmed my nerves. It is not surprising that he is a very successful realtor.

We couldn't sell our house without losing money in 2014. So Carl helped us rent it out. He put together all the rental paperwork and worked to find suitable renters for us. As our renters ended up staying for 7 years, Carl helped to navigate the occasional questions and concerns we had. We finally put the house on the market in August 2021 and quickly received two offers. Carl negotiated a great deal for us that not only exceeded our price requirement but also negotiated a 60 day closing date to accommodate our departing renters. I went through quite a handful of realtors but did not feel comfortable with anyone, until I met Carl. Carl is a realtor unicorn! He helped ease my anxiety by walking me through each step of the process and confidently sharing his knowledge with me in a digestible way. Carl was absolutely amazing! We have already recommended him to family that are buying their first home. He helped us navigate selling our first home and finding our dream home 5 minutes from work. He was always quick/responsive, happy to make time for us, and never made us feel rushed.

With the help of him and his team, we got a great offer on our very first showing and were able to sell immediately, all of which is infinitely more impressive considering we went on the market mid-pandemic. They made everything go smoothly and safely!

He was spot-on with the fair market value our home would be appraised for and caught many small but important details we would have overlooked in our excitement. I'm positive that without his help, we would have ended up overpaying. He also had great referrals for our attorney and inspector, they were incredibly thorough and never missed a beat.

Working with Carl was very easy, he was easy to reach and setting up appointments to view homes was simple and straightforward. He was patient when touring a home, at the same time, providing meaningful insights. We have a busy work/family schedule and it was often hard for me to find time to have an actual phone call, Carl was good at using email/texts to respond quickly so things didn't stall and we could progress through a decision on the homes we liked in short order. He was also open to calls if that better suited the scenario. Having a good balance of the two helped us when trying to decide whether or not to place an offer and how much to place an offer for. We also liked the fact that he could accurately gauge our preferences in terms how we wanted to go about the process of buying a house. He would step in when he thought we needed guidance without imposing his ideas on us throughtout the process. We highly recommend him and his team.
