He's also a member of the Sussex County Board of Realtors, New Castle County Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Carl's previous career in construction industry spans 15 plus years managing and overseeing commercial and residential projects throughout the Delaware Valley region. In addition to his construction experience, Carl has successfully managed his own rental property portfolio for 10 plus years. These rentals range from multi-family properties in center City Philadelphia to weekly beach rentals in Lewes, Delaware. As an investor, Carl has successfully purchased renovated and sold several properties from Northern New Jersey to Delaware. Carl’s currently the President of the Town Center West, Homeowner Association at the Village of Five Points located in Lewes, Delaware. He splits his time between homes in North Wilmington and Lewes with his wife and daughter and enjoys spending time outdoors with his dogs, Diggy, and Roy.
