Carl A. LaRosa has always been an entrepreneur, serious real estate investor and astute decision maker. Coming from a background in franchise ownership gave Carl the competitive edge to understand the power available from a national company on the local level. Carl quickly achieved many recognitions for his achievements and is known as one of the few Realtors within Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty who has chosen to specialize in both residential and commercial real estate and he has received awards. Once his clients recognized his commitment and success in the business, they entrust him with all their real estate needs.

As a resident of West Harrison County, many of Carl’s clients are from Louisiana, that prompted him in 2013 to obtain his Louisiana Realtor’s license giving him more flexibility to care for all the needs of his Louisiana clients, including access to their far-reaching Multiple Listing Service for even greater exposure for selling properties for both Mississippi and Louisiana.

Since entering the real estate market, Carl is responsible for over $57,000,000 in closed transactions, among some of the honors he has received for his efforts include the recognitions he has received nationally, regionally and locally.

Carl is a Board Member of St Vincent DePaul Community Pharmacy, http://www.svdprx.org/ an organization whose “Teach a Man to Fish” philosophy is right in line with his own credence. Carl and his wife Kimberly regularly contribute time and donations to Cursillo Movement of South Mississippi, St Stanislaus College, Our Lady Academy, United Way of South Mississippi, St Jude, Children’s Hospital of New Orleans.
