Carl Lordi is an absolute treasure, and I am so glad he was able to assist/guide me through the process of buying my first home!
Carl's intimate knowledge of northern New Jersey (main area I was looking to buy), proactive approach, and commitment to ensuring I find the home I would love made the entire process seamless!

I first met Carl during a home viewing; my then realtor did not accompany me to the viewing. As I was new to the homebuying process, Carl explained the role of a realtor, and even agreed to assist with my search. He immediately started to suggest homes that matched my search criteria, and accompanied me to all viewings, even last minute appointments.

I had a house in mind, and Carl immediately reached out to the seller's agent to schedule a viewing. Although I was not met with good news at first (the seller had already accepted an offer), Carl stayed in contact with the seller's agent, and when an opportunity arose to place a bid, he immediately notified me. Long story short, Carl's diligence allowed me to purchase my dream home!

If you're looking for a realtor who truly advocates for his clients, is a wealth of knowledge, will do whatever to get the job done, and enjoys what he does, Carl is your man! I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in NJ!

I have worked with Carl and Linda since they started selling real estate back in the early 2000's. They have helped me buy and sell property for myself and my businesses and the result have been wonderful. I rely on they both for advice and they have never disappointed. Carl and Linda are fantastic to work with. Super responsive, always helpful and always provide a solution. They helped me rent my NJ property for over 10 years. Never once were they not able to find a good rental and were always able to solve any issues for me while I was overseas. When it came time to sell they handled everything and brought in buyers and offers for the property. The sale went smoothly and was handles by Carl and Linda from start to finish. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great people !!
