He has been a licensed Sales Associate since 1985, a Broker in Washington since 1994 and a Broker in Oregon since 1998. Experienced in residential, unimproved, commercial, investment and recreational property, He is familiar with the laws and regulations regarding these property specialties. He is also committed to community service. He served as a Board Member of the Mid-Columbia Association of Realtors from 1998-2011. He is proud to have been voted the 2005 Realtor of the Year for the Mid-Columbia Association of Realtors. He is a Past President of the Rotary Club of White Salmon-Bingen and the Mt. Adams Chamber of Commerce. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of White Salmon-Bingen since 1995 through the present. He is also a Rotary 3+ Paul Harris Fellow. In May of 2007 He accepted an appointment to the Columbia Gorge Commission on behalf of Klickitat County and served as a Gorge Commissioner through 2017. In 2011, He was unanimously elected to the position of Chairman of the Columbia River Gorge Commission and assumed that position January 2012. He was the first Washington resident to hold that position since 1986, the initial year of the existence of the Gorge Commission. His term as chairman was completed 12/31/2013. He completed his term of service as the Klickitat County representative on June 1, 2017. His ten years of service on the commission provided invaluable insights into the workings of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area as well as offering him a great opportunity to serve the citizens of Klickitat County and the overall Columbia Gorge region. His wife Kathleen and he have lived in the Columbia River Gorge in White Salmon, WA since 1993 and foresee this as our lifetime home.
