Carla Bush

Carla Bush has been a full-time employee of Warren County Farm Bureau for over 12 years. In her current role, Carla specializes in life insurance sales and marketing. She also services all of Warren County, the Upper Cumberland and Middle TN with their real estate needs as a licensed agent with Highlands Elite Real Estate. A Warren County High School graduate of 1979, Carla quickly joined the workforce following graduation. Additionally, she completed classes at Motlow State Community College. Carla has been fully licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty Insurance since 2005. Carla is an original member of the McMinnville Chamber Ambassadors, part of the 2022 Leadership McMinnville class that gained record-setting revenues and a newly appointed member of Chamber Board . She organized and launched Pioneer Pink, an event to support breast cancer awareness. She established partnerships with the local football program to raise funds for breast cancer while decking out the team in pink uniforms. A scholarship was created to provide assistance to a high school senior that was affected by cancer. Carla is a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, Realtracs, Power of 100 Women’s organization, and previous PTO president. In her free time, Carla enjoys staying active by running and walking or doing anything to work up a sweat. On the weekend, you’ll most likely see her cheering on the Titans, enjoying the lake, or shopping with friends. She has a 15-year-old Maltizu named Sophya and loves visiting her son in Seattle.
