Carla is absolutely the best! She was very professional, friendly and overall great to work with. We had a very slow market for buying this year so we had to view many houses, she made appointments to fit our schedule and was always on time. She was very honest and offered good information on the houses we had seen. Carla had a lot going on during our time working together personally, but she never skipped a beat. She is truly amazing to work with. I know our interaction was business but honestly, I think of her as a friend.

I can’t speak enough for how wonderful it is to work with Carla. She has been my realtor for all 3 of my home purchases as well as my listing agent every time I sell. She knows her field well. She’s prompt, hard working, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients needs and wants. She gives it to you straight up so you know what to expect. Every time I’ve worked with her she goes out of the way to make it all work smooth even when the situation isn’t. I’ve always recommended her to everyone and now my family and extended family have all used her for everything. She’s one of the best in NE Ohio!

We have used Carla twice for both houses we have bought and for our one house we are selling. She is AMAZING! She truly cares about her clients and has their best interest in mind, not her own. She is always on top of things and very responsive. There were a lot of things we did not know and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Carla is the epitome of a great real estate agent. She stuck with me for almost a year and a half before I finally found the right home. Never gave up. Never faltered. Always a positive attitude. She will definitely go beyond the call of duty to get you your house that you need and want.
