Carla Houchens

I started in the mortgage banking business over two decades ago. During that time, dealing with real estate agents, I decided that helping others buy and sell their home is where I wanted to be. Seven years later here I am with a deep commitment to honesty, professionalism and attention to detail. My goal is to be proactive in keeping my clients well informed and listening to what their needs are with their real estate transaction. Communication is key to my business and I strive to make the sale or purchase of a home go as smooth as possible.

I am proud of the opportunity to work with such wonderful clients and their referrals of friends and family over the past 7 years. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients prep and sell their home or find the home of their dreams.

Loudoun County has been my home with my husband and 3 children for the past 14 years, twin boys who now live in Arlington, VA and a daughter who teaches in Loudoun County. In my downtime I enjoy taking bike rides on the WO&D, hiking, tennis, kayaking and golf may be in my future.
