Carla Mascaro

Carla is an experienced real estate professional who has practiced in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut over the past decade. After an extensive career in the dental field and earning a B.S. in Biology from Arizona State University, Carla spent 35 years as a surgical tech in training and sales with ITI Straumann. Her background in practice management, case coordination, and patient care seamlessly translated into her "second act" in real estate, where she excels in organizing and coordinating multiple players in complex transactions.

Carla has represented both buyers and sellers in real estate, but she has a special affinity for fiercely protecting first-time home buyers. Passionate about home design, she has focused on beautifying her residential and work spaces throughout her life in areas such as Scottsdale, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Some of her significant accomplishments include adding a complete second story to her San Francisco home, overseeing the comprehensive build-out of her family's dental practice, restoring an 1850 historic home in Upstate New York, and supervising several interior design projects at Hamilton College.

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Carla's love for nature, animals, and the great outdoors was shaped by the Adirondacks. She actively engages in cycling, skiing, hiking, and playing hockey in Litchfield County. Carla cherishes the opportunity to build lifelong friendships with her clients through real estate, often enjoying cycling or hiking local trails together.

Carla is currently licensed in Connecticut and New York and holds memberships with the National Association of Realtors, Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, and Mohawk Valley Association of Realtors. Additionally, she is an active member of the Washington Business Association and passionately volunteers with the Steep Rock Association whenever the opportunity arises.
