Carla is an amazing realtor.
We met Carla about 3 years ago when she helped us through a home rental in a new area. The relationship could have ended there, except she is a detailed and thoughtful person. Though she never called us, she sent us Easter, Christmas, Mother's Day amd Father's Day cards for the next two years. Little surprise, that when our lease expired and we were ready to buy a home, she was first on our list.

Carla held our hands through the entire process from first viewing to signing. I am very particular, and in a tough market it was difficult to find anything that fit the bill. One thing about her is that she TRULY enjoys her job, and so night or day, Carla is up to show a home. I can't recall how many homes we saw, even without appointments! Carla made it happen whenver she could.

She kept our morale high after after rejections, she created strong offers, she gave 'inside' wisdom, and she was very communicative all through. I didn't have to worry about home warranty, home inspection and renovation etc. as Carla is well connected and every service is only one call away.

Carla became our friend through this process, and we will always be grateful to her for help with finding our home!

It was great working with Carla. She is a great person and always available to tour houses with you and answer your questions. I worked with a different agent for a few months but wasn’t successful with securing a contract. Carla knows her way around how to make your offer standing among others. I highly recommend her and would definitely work with her in real estate transactions. Thank you Carla for lining up everything to close the contract in time. I know it wasn’t an easy transaction but you made it happen. She communicated in timely manner with the selling agent and the lender and other parties to keep me updated of the process.
