Carli Nitzel

Carli has been a realtor for six years and enjoys collaborating with Buyers and Sellers in any capacity. She especially likes working with first time homebuyers as she appreciates educating them on the real estate process. Carli was born and raised in Greeley and attended Greeley Central High School, Aims Community College, and University of Northern Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Communication with a minor in Media Studies. It was at UNC that Carli met her husband Scott Nitzel, who also sales real estate with Rouse Realty. Carli and Scott have two boys, Coehn (10) and Camden (6). They participate in their kids’ sports, enjoy outdoor activities and love spending time as a family. Carli is deeply knowledgeable when it comes to the Northern Colorado real estate market and the forecasting growth.
