I want to give these guys a 10 star if I could . I am really happy with Carlos and EH Worldwide Realty services. I was able to find my dream home in less than 3 weeks because it was so easy to deal with these people. Carlos was very responsive and available 24 X 7 for your questions .

The best! After trying to purchase a home for about one year and going to several realtors I finally started the process with this great team. Started with Sergio Alvarez; Sergio started to send me homes that were on sale based on what I let him know that I was looking for. Within 4 days Sergio had 13 houses scheduled to go look at. Finally on June 05, 2022 we met and started the home viewings. We let Sergio know what homes we were interested in. Monday June 06, 2022 I get news from Sergio letting us know that the offer for our first home choice had been accepted. On Wednesday June 08, 2022 we went into escrow and on June 30, 2022 we closed escrow.
I must say that while doing our home views Sergio was very professional and communicative, as people were still living at some homes. Sergio is definitely a people person. Sergio is very polite.
As we entered the process I also started to receive communication from Carlos Echegaray.. Carlos working together with Sergio started making three way calls to always have me well informed and communicated of all the process. This team is so good that even though we got outbid they worked hard and got our offer accepted. And even when Sergio and Carlos were on vacation during this process they never stopped communicating with me to make sure that I was always well informed. Carlos and Sergio made our dream come true. Not only did they make it possible for us to become home owners but they made it to where we purchased the first choice of witch home we loved the most. They both kept me informed of all the details and even after escrow closed they still always are there to answer any questions that I may have. They answered all my questions as a first time home buyer we can have lots of questions and I always felt comfortable to ask them both anything that I needed more information in. Definitely I recommend this team. I know who to go to on my next purchase. Sergio and Carlos thank you very much for everything! You guys rock! :)
