Carlos Garcia

A native Austinite, Carlos grew up in South Austin and would not dream of living anywhere else. He is admittedly biased to the South Austin lifestyle, though he loves helping friends in all areas of the city and surrounding areas. After attending the University of Texas – San Antonio and St. Edwards University for finance and accounting, he worked for a national tax preparation company helping 1,000’s of clients through what many call the “Most stressful time of the Year.” After 6 years of sitting behind a desk, Carlos realized that was not what he was meant to do!

In April of 2012 Carlos decided to concentrate on being a realtor full time and has never looked back. It is his genuine care and concern for each and every person he has the opportunity to meet that has a lasting impression throughout the real estate process and long thereafter. His goal is to not be your realtor for the transaction, but to be your go to real estate person for life!

It is difficult to tell who gets the most enjoyment out of each transaction, the client or Carlos. He is what you would call a complete real estate nerd! If he is not showing houses, he is driving around looking at them by himself, watching real estate shows on TV, or reading about real estate!

But even he has to turn the work switch off and it is all about fun family time. Carlos loves spending time with his wife, Megan, and their three children. The family enjoys watching live music, going to local events, and paddle boating on Lady Bird Lake.
