Carlos Olaechea

Carlos Olaechea was born in Peru and in 2005 moved to Harrisonburg, Virginia, where he studied at EMU and BRCC. He started his career in real estate when the market was still low and recuperating from the crash. The experience that he got from dealing with foreclosures and market strategies made him learn a lot about the business and made him love what he does. Carlos is well respected by his clients for his professionalism, high ethical standards, honesty and he is always ready to do anything in his power to make sure his clients succeed.

Carlos’ passion is traveling and he enjoys discovering and learning about new cultures, food and of course architecture.

Carlos focuses on his clients at a personal level to create trust. Thanks to his extraordinary clientele, he has been able to create a business where his clients are happy with his work. The personal referrals and repeat business are the main foundation of his business and prefers to spend more time with clients than in branding himself.
