We chose Carlos as a realtor because we knew that he is a family man and a highly respected realtor. We interviewed several realtors months prior to listing my house for sale but in the end the choice was easy for us. We can tell that Carlos was experienced and can make things happen, and has a reputation to back it up. Our house was on the market for two months and it sold. Carlos also represented us in the buying process. He coordinated both the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home seamlessly. Selling your home of ten years and purchasing a new one can be a lot to coordinate but thankfully we had Carlos guide us right along. I have had the pleasure of working with Carlos on two projects. First, I was searching for a first floor condo for my parents which is not easy to find in Shelton. He found a perfect condo for them with plenty of room and easy access. My second project was to find a home for myself and my children with very specific expectations. I have worked with other relators and found them to extremely aggressive which completely turned me off. I find Carlos extremely respectful of ones time and expectations. Buying a home is an exciting time but can also can be stressful. Carols was there to point me in the right direction for legal and financial help and to take the stress out of the entire process. He is not just a realtor but a friend. I would highly recommend him.

My wife and I recently went through our first home purchasing experience with Carlos, and have no regrets with the decision. Our situation was interesting due to us needing to be out of the country during some important phases of the purchase. He helped keep the ball rolling smoothly, considering the timing of it all. Carlos is, first and foremost, a genuinely nice guy who not only provided us with competent guidance through the more technical process of the purchase, but was excellent at maintaining a balance of advice while allowing us to feel out each house to a degree where we knew we had a good sense of what it offered. Along the way, we found Carlos to be very amiable with just the right amount of humor thrown in, and were put at ease through what was potentially a more stressful situation.
