Professional, detail oriented, and amazing…

Those are the first words that come to mind when I reflect on my experience with Carlos Romero as my Realtor. Carlos helped me find the right home that met all of my expectations. From the moment I contacted Carlos to the time of closing, I was continually impressed with his knowledge of the market, industry and professionalism.

Carlos was attentive to what I was looking for in a home and took a hands-on approach to my home search. He vetted each of the homes before sending them to me to review prior to scheduling a viewing. Carlos also mitigated much of the home buying anxiety by facilitating other factors such as the home inspection, negotiating, contract review, and coordinating with my mortgage lender. His professional attention to every detail was a “concierge style” Realtor experience.

Absolutely the best experience ever. Carlos was there every step of the way. He helped out in ways that no other realtor would have done including setting up appointments and helping with letting people in. He did Open Houses every weekend. He was always encouraging.
