Carlos is extremely professional and very informational. He works day and night to make sure his clients are happy with their home purchases.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Carlos in the Spring of 2020. He was a critical resource in getting us into our first home, in San Diego County. Buying a home can stressful at times, but Carlos got us through it, always with a smile. I struggle to find the right words that fully express how much we appreciated his support, its hard to imagine getting through it with anyone else.

- Carlos is, first and foremost, friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. He was constantly engaged in moving timelines and expectations to match our needs. We were always comfortable and confident with every decision along the way
- Carlos is hand on! During every viewing he was always first on sight giving the house a white glove inspection. He was guiding us through every feature of the home. First to point out any imperfections or blemishes, and what would happen to fix it. He was climbing ladders to check gutters and taking pictures of crawl spaces looking at pipes and foundation.
- Carlos is tenacious and dedicated, you will be glad to have him in your corner. When its go time, he is making moves: scheduling inspections, following up with sellers on open items, chasing down leads to alternate properties to keep options open. All while keeping you in the loop the entire time.

It was a genuine please to work with and get to know Carlos. I would gladly recommend him to any one I knew who was looking to purchase a home.
