Carly Ferry

Real estate has always been of interest to Carly, so when she was in college, she met with one of her parents’ neighbors who was a successful real estate agent. She taught her what real estate was about, after you get past the fun part of “house hunting.” What she said resonated with her and it felt like a perfect match for what she desired in a career, combining personal relationships with running a business. Carly’s father, Cay, was entering a career in real estate at the same time and every time they spoke, all they talked about was real estate. Both father, and daughter had the same interest, intensity, and excitement about working together and making a wonderful experience for their clients.

At the University of Arizona, in the Eller College of Management business school she majored in Marketing. Carly was able to apply that education and experience to creating and building a real estate team. This gave her the confidence to help people navigate the real estate process and maximize on the largest investment in their life.

Carly’s does not have just one favorite aspect of the real estate industry, because she loves it all! From negotiating to relationships to being the person the client looks to for questions and advice along the way. If she had to narrow it down, it would be the feeling at the end of the transaction or even years later when her clients are so happy in their home and appreciate that she was able to guide them through the process. No matter what market we are in, it is a high stress situation because the decision to sell or buy and move is a major decision.
