Carly is the best of the best! Buying a house is stressful, but Carly made sure we were having fun and making the right decisions. We used Carly as our agent while buying our first house in the middle of a crazy real estate market. She showed us every house we wanted to see and always had a smile on her face ready to help us. She gave us endless advice and eventually we ended up with the perfect house!

Carly helped my wife and me sell my aunt's home, recently. She was phenomenal to work with. She gave us frank and expert advice on what to fix up, helped us price the home competitively, and navigated negotiations expertly. She was friendly and prompt with communication. She went over and above the call of duty on several occasions... she was an advocate of not just the transaction, but helping us through the overall process of preparing the home for sale as out-of-town sellers without many local connections.
