Carmen Elam

Prior to becoming a REALTOR in 2016, Carmen served 4 years in the United States Air Force as a Lab Technician, completed degrees in Medical Laboratory Technology and Business Management and spent most of her professional career as a Laboratory Professional, Account Manager and Information Technology Program Manager for the largest medical laboratory company in the country.

Carmen is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, top-notch marketing techniques and personal touches which allow her to always keep her client's best interest at heart. Not only is it Carmen’s duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout the entire process so they can make the best decisions possible.

Carmen has been a Colorado resident since 2012 and an enthusiastic member of the community. Carmen enjoys hiking, golf, kayaking and showing her clients the best of what Colorado has to offer.
