It is my pleasure to tell everyone about Carmen. First of all she's a super nice lady and very accessible. For the past 4 months Carmen and I have worked on a short sales deal. Our buyer was a first timer and Carmen was hands on, informative, showed her properties until she found the house of her dreams. Carmen was extremely patient and professional throughout the transaction. She knows the market and how transactions work. As a lender it was refreshing to work with such a professional. After the bank approved the short sale and closing was set, Carmen made sure any loose ends got handled on her end so we could close ontime. The closing went fabulous and Ms. Mitchell was extremely satisfied with our services. I would highly recommend Carmen's expertise and personal touch to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

She knows the home structure very well if theres something in a house doesnt look correct she will tell you right there.
