Carmen was always on time, professional,very laid back and extremely resourceful. You can tell he enjoyed showing off the houses and never seemed bothered if you had questions. I highly recommend Carmen to anyone looking to buy a home, and especially to those who are first time home buyers like myself. I was initially working with an agent that was pushing me to look into homes that were out of my comfort zone. After I shared my experience with my boyfriend, he recommended I reach out to Carmen. This was absolutely the best decision in the home buying process as Carmen made an intimidating objective a very exciting and fulfilling experience. He catered the search specifically to my criteria. I was amazed by his patience and was lucky to find a home after only a few weeks. His negotiation tactics really made the difference when we put in an offer on my perfect home. I realize Carmen is a gem in the rough when he assisted me with the process not only from beginning to end but even as hiccups came up afterwards. I can't say how much I highly recommend everyone have Carmen assist them in looking for their next home. As soon as you meet him you will know he is the right person. Carmen is a highly professional real estate agent working in both rentals and buying. He was able to negotiate our price down by $100/month plus get one month of rent free. He’s always ready to take your call and is going to bat for you day and night during negotiations. He has a very calm no pressure demeanor and honestly wants his clients to be happy in their new home. After we rented our townhouse, Carmen greeted us for the walk-in with a welcome gift from Etsy! Couldn’t be happier with his performance.
