Carmen's goal as a realtor is to help her buyers find properties, they are excited about and to help her sellers get top dollar for their properties. She loves the art of negotiation and likes walking away knowing she got her clients the most Carmen could from every deal. She knows the ins and outs of real estate, which allows her to guide her clients in every step of a real estate transaction.

Carmen is licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi and is one of the Top 100 agents within Compass locally and her 2024 production puts her in the top 2% of all local, real estate agents!

Carmen has been passionate about real estate since she was a young girl when her mother would take her to open houses on Sundays. There was never any doubt in her mind that she would one day be working with real estate, whether as a real estate agent or as an investor. Today she is proud to say that she is both a realtor and an investor. She believes that real estate is an excellent medium for creating wealth, and Carmen finds great satisfaction in helping her clients achieve their financial goals through real estate, whether she is working with a first-time home buyer or an experienced real estate investor.

Her friends, family, and past clients consider her a real estate resource because she always has a pulse on the market, and am more than happy to share this knowledge with anyone in her sphere. Clients choose to work with Carmen because of her work ethic, experience, and expertise. Her ability to listen and understand her clients' needs has allowed Carmen to continuously achieve her client's goals and exceed their expectations. Born in Cuba and then relocating to New Orleans at the age of 5, she is proud to work and live in the wonderful community she grew up in. Carmen lived in various neighborhoods throughout New Orleans at different points in her life, which makes her very knowledgeable about the entire area. Carmen feels very fortunate to be able to call New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast her home and is constantly finding ways to learn more about it. In her free time, you will find Carmen traveling, enjoying new restaurants around New Orleans, or spending time with friends and family at their camp in Bay St. Louis.
