While working for Shell, she also traveled to Europe and the United States to complete her post graduate studies. During that time, Carmen gained valuable experience in marketing, planning, finance, and sales management spanning four countries. Carmen’s career and constant travel, for her graduate studies, gave her the opportunity to become fluent in four languages: Spanish, English, German, and Portuguese. In 2005 Carmen moved from Lima, Peru to Florida where she began her career as a REALTOR®. Her multi-faceted background has helped her build a successful career. After seven years in Florida, Carmen met her husband, obtained her Maryland license, and moved to the Baltimore area.
