My wife and I just sold our townhouse and we live two hours away. The Rauso’s helped so much! They took time out of their day to do seemingly small things like stopping by our house to adjust the thermostat when the power came back on after being shut off when the tenant left, to ensure it would be a good temperature for the house and any showings. While this seems small, it saves me 4 hours round trip! This is just one of the many things they helped with. Not to mention our unit sold EXTREMELY FAST!

Our experience with Carmine and Debbie as our realtors was better then we could have ever hoped for. This past year we purchased our first home. Carmine and Debbie made a task that can feel extremely overwhelming to complete confidence that we'd find the right home for us. The efficiency of the Rauso team is quite impressive. They were available and easy to get a hold of for any questions we had or showings we wanted to go on. They were able to navigate our schedules and take us on showings into the evening and then once we had a home we liked sent us additional details and starting reaching out to the sellers realtor that very night! Even though we were purchasing in a challenging marketing where homes were posted and sold in a matter of days or even hours, Debbie and Carmine helped us find the perfect home in our desired location and price range. He gave us details on preparing the home, managed the showings, advised on prospects, and found the right buyer for us. Carmine was highly communicative, thoughtful, and patient. We used Carmine Rauso, of KW Greater West Chester, to sell our condo in Baltimore, MD which we were putting on the market as tenant occupied. After he reached out the tenant to schedule a walkthrough, it became clear that there would be challenges in selling it. Due to COVID, the tenant was not willing to allow anyone, including Carmine or potential buyers to walk thru. He was upfront with us about the challenges that we would have with buyers, as they would need to buy as is and of course, tenant occupied. This would clearly attract fewer potential buyers and command a lower asking price. However, we decided to move forward as the market was hot and we no longer wanted to hold on the property.
Soon after the property went on the market, the tenant decided to break the lease. Carmine advised us to pull the property from the market. Once the tenant moved out, we were able to walk the property together. We listened to what changes/modifications Carmine suggested, all were reasonable and we agreed that those changes/modifications would justify offering the property up for top dollar.
When we believed the property was ready, we again met with Carmine, and he was pleased with the outcome.
We were extremely impressed with the photographer that he used. We were so pleased with the pictures. He clearly knew how to capture the details of the condo, including highlighting the natural light that seeps through the windows.
Our condo went on the market, and we received two offers. Carmine presented us with the facts and then my husband and I took a day to discuss the pros and cons of each. The next day, we spoke with Carmine and together ran the pros and cons list to confirm our choice. My husband and I had agreed on which offer to accept, but Carmine wanted to discuss the offers in detail to ensure we were comfortable with our choice. He ensured that we understood all the aspects of each offer.
Each step of the way, we liked that Carmine would present the facts and necessary information to us, give us time to sleep on it if necessary and then discuss together, either later that day or the next morning. This allowed us to form our own opinion and then to ask questions and his opinion to help keep things moving along.
We found Carmine Rauso amazingly easy to work with and it is clear that truly enjoys what he is doing. During the whole process we always felt that he had our best interest in mind. We believed that he represented us well. He was extremely responsive. If he did not answer the phone, (which was rare), he was prompt to call back or text when he was next available. We never felt that he rushed a conversation and was detailed with answers to our questions. We would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone in MD/DE/PA that needs a professional, proactive Real Estate Agent.

We were referred to Carmine through another realtor for our home search in DE. From the minute we spoke with Carmine we could tell he was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. As first time home buyers, we had some knowledge, but were counting on our realtor to help us throughout the entire process, while putting our best interests first. Carmine never disappointed, he talked with us for hours at a time, took us to see the same properties more than once to accommodate our work schedules, and was always available even if he was out of town. Whenever we texted Carmine, whether it was 7am or 11pm, there was never a time when he didn’t answer right away. Carmine helped to explain many things about the buying process and was always happy to keep explaining until we understood. He represented us as clients as we feel he would have represented his family. As first time home buyers we did not want to just settle on any home, Carmine had so much patience with us and never pressured us into any sale, and he knew that with some faith we would find the perfect home for us. About 6 months of seeing homes, discussions, and many many phone calls, he helped us find our dream home.
We will miss working with Carmine and we plan to keep in touch with him! We would recommend Carmine to ANYONE who is looking to buy or sell! If we ever decided to move again he will be the first person we call.

Carmine is a godsend. His expertise, dedication, and amazing negotiation skills just scored us our first home after 7 months of searching. My husband and I were house hunting in 3 states and working with multiple realtors. We spent months looking, including going under contract once with the deal falling through, until we decided to keep Carmine as our sole realtor. In my experience, some agents are good “buyers” agents and others are good “sellers” agents, but few are great at both - you want Carmine on your team!
Buying and selling a home is stressful, but he was there every step of the way. He had answers, suggestions, options and strategic recommendations. When I thought we had a great offer, Carmine’s sales skills went into action and he got us a whole lot more. We were equally impressed with his knowledge of laws/regulations in various states and how he used that knowledge to help develop great solutions.

Carmine was great to work with! As first time home buyers we went into this process with very little knowledge and he was able to talk us through the process, explained what we should be looking for, and made sure we asked ourselves critical questions. He even went as far as sending us a vendor list for basically anything we would need in the house during our search and afterwards.
