In his first year, he was in the top 1 percent of their 57,000 agents nationwide for sales volume. During his time at his previous brokerage, Berkshire Hathway, he obtained Top 100 in Production and Sales, Top 1% of the Berkshire Hathaway Network, and Ranked number 3 in the Pasadena office. This career just seems to come naturally to him, and after just three short years, he felt as though he is a veteran agent.

He has a background in interior design and landscape architecture. It was a hobby for 20 years while he was in the restaurant business. He completed a lot of design jobs on the side as a creative outlet. Because he loved real estate, he thought combining everything he knows about design, landscaping, and marketing enabled him to maximize a property's potential. When he transitioned into real estate, he was able to incorporate his experience and passion into his transactions, which he really enjoys.

What he likes about real estate is that every sale, every listing, and every purchase is a different experience. You're dealing with different personalities and different lives. He enjoys meeting people, getting to know them, and helping them. He befriends his clients and stays friends with them. He gets invited to dinners and family gatherings, and for him, that keeps it new and fresh. He's a very intuitive person. In a very short time, he can usually get a full understanding of what a client is looking for. He's had people say to him, "Wow, you just get it." He has a huge social media presence via Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. These tools have helped his clients tremendously.

He loves to travel with his 11-year-old daughter. His goal is to get her to see the world before she's 20. He also rehabs homes of architectural significance built from the late 1800s to 1965, about 10 to 12 a year. He is a complete foodie and he loves extreme sports like whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and anything that gives him an adrenaline rush. He also volunteers a lot at his daughter's school, and with the Pasadena Humane Society.
