This past year Carol SOLD our 5 acre Country Home and our Lake Property within days of listing, while getting us top dollar. We also purchased a townhouse and more expansive lake property this year. Carol also helped my daughter get into her first home. Needless to say, Carol has a wide range of experience and knowledge. We purchased a property on leased land which was very new to us! Carol was able to answer every single question we had, in a way that was reassuring to both of us. The whole experience was easy going and stress free. She researched and found us exactly what we wanted and we could not be happier of more grateful.
