There were over 19 properties in the neighborhood for sale and our house ended up being the first one sold in the neighborhood. They brought in a professional stager to help us make the property look as good as it could and advised us on property improvements to help the sale. They also provided multiple references for vendors to help with the new house and provided us access to ProSource to help us get the new house ready.
