Carol is an amazing real estate agent. She priced our home right which led to a cash offer soon after it was listed. She answered all questions, text messages and calls promptly. Her many years of experience as an agent in local market is incredible. She works hard for the seller. If I could give a six star rating I would give it to her. I whole heartedly recommend Carol Ann if you you want the best possible agent.

We found Carol Anne (CAT) back in 2004 when we purchased our 1 acre lot in Clarkdale AZ. 18 years later and still friends when the time came to sell that same 1 acre lot we new the only person for the task would be Carol Anne Teague. Can't recommend Carol Anne highly enough. Selling a home in Jerome can be challenging considering the age of the properties, condition and local ordinances. Carol Anne's knowledge of the local market and stellar negotiation skills with the buyer and myself made what I thought would be a complicated, protracted sale into a quick, smooth, seamless transaction. Carol Anne was always prompt with a response or follow-up and kept me informed during every step of the process.

At our age, my wife and I have done a lot of real estate transactions. In all our dealings, we've never come across a harder-working real estate professional than Carol Anne Teague. We've been in real estate deals where we ended up doing all the work and cleaning up the details while the real estate "professional" had their feet up on the desk, waiting for their check. Not so with Carol Anne! She is absolutely on top of it. She's the one calling US and the other parties' representatives regularly to remind us of our responsibilities and checking off the tasks that she's completed. This is the type of work ethic that gets buyers and sellers from point A to point B on time and in complete compliance. If you're looking for a PRO and not just a friend of a friend, where you throw the paperwork over the wall and hope for the best, Carol Anne is the obvious choice. Carol Anne is a gem. I started out with another realtor but was not happy with their lack of experience. I also had very little time, as I live out of town. Carol Anne had houses lined up for me to see within days. She had a good feel for what I was looking for. We were in escrow before I left. I absolutely trusted her judgement on the counter offers. She set up appointments when the buyer wanted further inspections over the one I had. I was blessed to have had her in my court.
