There are not enough words in the dictionary to express the appreciation for an experience of a lifetime. Carol Bailey is an exceptional, rare, dedicated, honest professional that always get the job done no matter what. She has been in my life for 3 homes that I purchased throughout the years! She has sold 2 of my homes and was my daughters realtor as well. I have never ever met anyone as dedicated as Carol. She works hard! She is smart, knowledgeable, dependable and does not waste time when fulfilling her clients needs. She is patient, reliable, and is genuinely concerned about her clients. I not only trust Carol as a business person but I trust her as my friend. My last purchase was once again the best experience because of her. If you want the very best call Carol Bailey. I will never be able to thank her enough for the “OUTSTANDING” service she provides on a consistent basis! She is great! Carol sold my house in 2 DAYS. Yes unbelievable! Carol was hands down the BEST real estate agent. She went above and beyond to prepare my house to put on the market to get top dollar, got an awesome photographer to do hi-quality photos for the listing on all of the sites. There were multiples offers on my home within 24 hours of it hitting the market all way above list price. She is super quick to respond and schedule showings (as you have to be in this market) and she got my current house in an off-market deal for me. She is nice, prompt, professional and will be your personal advocate to get you the house you want! Can't say enough good things!
