About Carol

Carol Boles has worked as a full time Realtor since 1986. After many years as a top producer in the valley (Phoenix area), Carol and her husband moved to Crown King and now Carol works the remote mountain community exclusively. Owning her own brokerage in a small town was always Carol's dream. Now as owner/broker of Crown King Realty, Carol now serves the Southern Bradshaw Mountains & Crown King as the only local company. Here expertise in land sales and rural properties has been an asset to the sellers and buyers alike.

Ben and Carol Boles have been married for 39 years, and have a daughter, Jackie and a son, Brian. They were first introduced to Crown King and the Southern Bradshaws over 40 yrs ago. When their kids were still young they purchased their first vacation cabin in Crown King. Over the years the Boles family has made many happy memories in this charming mountain community. In 2004 Ben and Carol purchased the Historic Crown King General Store. They both have enjoyed getting to know the locals and the "slopers" and frequent visitors to Crown King. The General Store's main street exposure and constant contact with the community has helped to make Carol Boles and Long Realty #1 in Crown King. After nine years, they sold the store and now Carol can concentrate on marketing properties full-time in Crown King.

Carol is committed to obtaining specialized training to better serve her clients. As an Accredited Buyer Representative, she adhears to a strict Realtor Code of Ethics and offers professional representation to buyers and sellers. She has also been awarded the GRI designation, Graduate Realtor Institute. GRI Realtors are highly trained and provide a high level of service and protection to their clients.

Carol is a Certified Negotiations Expert, Associate Broker and Member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and the Western Maricopa Association of Realtors.
