I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2008, but had a break after my move to Graham County in 2015. I am now practicing again and am based in Robbinsville, near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the famous Tail of the Dragon.
Previous to my association with REMAX Awenasa Realty Group, I worked as an award-winning Realtor® at a Century 21 agency and an independent company in Leesburg, Florida. I was annually recognized as a leading producer in the State of Florida. In fact, with Century 21 I was 4th in the state in 2010 with over $10 million in gross sales earning the prestigious Century 21 Centurion Award. More awards came annually, then in 2015 I was 5th in my area with multi-millions in sales and won an award from the local board of Realtors as a top producer.
Most of the time I was found at the computer maintaining, listing and closing REO properties for Freddie Mac and Premier Asset Services [Wells Fargo]. I also assisted with Fannie Mae properties. We had listings in 10 counties all over Central Florida and for years I juggled over 100 inventoried properties at a time.
Now, I happily work at the fabulous REMAX Awenasa Realty Group in lovely Bryson City, North Carolina. I concentrate on assisting sellers to list their homes for sale and buyers to find their dream home. I am a laid back person who enjoys learning the specific ideas and needs of my clients.
