Carol was amazing to work with! She was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely responsive, always professional and overall superb to work with. She guided us through the process from start to finish and always took as much time as we needed to be sure we understood the process, and answered all of our many questions!. She was especially excellent at communicating with us, which was fantastic since we were purchasing from out of state. From our first viewing of the house, to making an offer, to closing, she was with us every step of the way. She had all the right tools, from her knowledge, persistence and communication, to her positive, upbeat and contagious attitude! Not only did Carol make the process smooth and flawless, but she made it enjoyable and fun as well!! I cannot have imagined this process without her!

I don’t often write these reviews but our experience with Carol has been exceptional. She is an excellent realtor and is very familiar with Oak Island and the surrounding areas. We are still looking for our beach house, and will continue using Carol until we do. Her knowledge of the area has helped her answer all of our questions. I highly recommend her.
