Working with Carol has been such a pleasure and an amazing experience. I am from north jersey and was looking for a starter home in brick/point pleasant/toms river on a budget limit. I couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful for meeting Carol. Her professionalism, expertise and knowledge is above and beyond and more and she is always there when you need her. During all the weekends we would meet her to see homes and all the phone conversations, I always felt like I was heading in the right direction with Carol. She got us the 1 house we wanted. 2 years + later we turned it into a rental and now manages the home. She handles the rental aspect of the home and got us some great tenants who have been there almost 2 years now. She handled the showings, the lease and prescreening. I was very apprehensive and had many concerns as a 1st time buyer and I'm sure I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with at the time but Carol always made me feel at ease. Carol is an excellent realtor and I could not have asked for anything more in the home-buying process. I am not sure if I would have been able to navigate this crazy market without her guidance and support. I was struggling to find a home I loved and Carol was extremely patient with me, showing me numerous homes, sometimes on very short notice. Once I found the perfect home, we were able to lock-in the deal by following Carol's advice. I am very thankful for her and would recommend Carol to anyone.
