As a former Brooklynite, I moved to the South Bay area of Southern California in 1973. My path as a Brooklyn College Graduate with a degree in Education, led me to Real Estate Sales in 1979. So for over 30 years, I have been educating both sellers and buyers thru the residential real estate maze of marketing, pricing, choosing neighborhoods and dream homes, financing, appraisal and escrow. Giving a KEY to a first-time or move up buyer is a culmination of the dream of home ownership.
I have received many Top Producing awards, Million Dollar Clubs, Agent of the Year .. but the best reward is my happy clients.
Off hours ... hmmm .. I am a fan of live theater. So I volunteer at Little Fish Theatre in San Pedro and well as the Torrance Theatre Co in Old Torrance. I am on the Board of the Friends of the Torrance Theatre Co.
I have sold homes throughout Torrance, Palos Verdes Peninsula, Lomita, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach - the South Bay as well as Lakewood, Long Beach, Huntington Beach - Orange County.
