Carol Houchin

I’ve been a real estate agent for nearly 12 years, and I truly love helping people buy and sell their homes. I moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University, fell in love with the city, and have proudly called it home for more than 20 years. Having lived in several neighborhoods across Columbus, I bring deep knowledge of the area and a genuine passion for the communities I serve.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy supporting local restaurants, walking through my neighborhood in North Linden, meeting friends for drinks at Seventh Son, and taking advantage of the free outdoor yoga classes at Columbus Commons.
