Carol made our home buying process as smooth and painless as possible. During an extremely difficult time in the market, I always felt like we had a leg up. We got the first home we put an offer on despite multiple offers, and I believe it was due to the thorough and professional offer letter that Carol wrote for us. On top of that we never felt pressured to put in an offer on a home we didn’t love, and she was always very honest with us about what she thought of each property never trying to sell us on something we may not like. She was always responsive and willing to show us a house or answer questions at odd hours without hesitation. She wrote up and sent out our offer letter that was accepted, in between cooking Father’s Day for her family. Could not recommend her more. Thank you, Carol!

Carol was so very patient with my husband and I as we searched high and low for a house! Carol also sold our current house and helped us with every step. Carol sold a property for us within the first 24 hours of going on the market! Carol is my 4th Realtor in 7 years in the "on" and "off" times I have been looking for a home. She was great. She always responded quickly; email, text, phone call - Carol was on it. She was ahead of the curve on every house and helped us while protecting us. She works for you, if you're not happy....Carol isn't happy. She pushed us when we didn't want to look anymore and by her challenging us, we found our home. She won't give up on you so you shouldn't give up on her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house.

Carol helped me through every step of the sales process. She gave me advice on staging and repairs to complete before listing my home. She worked with my schedule and constraints to determine when my home could be shown, and she made sure it was advertised well online and in social media. We had a very large number of showings and multiple offers over asking. There were minor issues found on inspection, and again Carol had suggestions on the repairs and contacts that could do the work quickly. She also referred me to a great mover. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
