She was well prepared and organized every step of the way from the initial planning, setting price expectations, staging, inspections, etc. to closing . Carol was absolutely incredible to work with! She helped us purchase our first home in Willowglen and we could not recommend her enough! As first-time home buyers, we were inexperienced, so having an expert like Carol guide us through every step was extremely helpful! Every weekend for months she was available to look at houses we liked and was amazing at finding deal-breaking flaws in places we didn’t even think to look for! At a few points in our search, we had our minds set on places that fit most of our criteria but were missing a garage. The garage was something that we really wanted but our excitement to get our first home had us finding ways that these places could store 10’ surfboards without the garage. Carol knew how important surfing was to us and assured us that if we continue to search, the perfect one would come up. Because of this encouragement, we held out, and not long after she sent us a listing to the perfect place with a garage and we couldn't be happier. She even saw a negotiation opportunity that required a split-second decision which brought the price back into our range as we were at the top of our budget. She truly had our best interests in mind and made sure we got the house of our dreams! We can't thank and recommend her enough!

Carol Jeans was amazing from start to finish.
Her warm personality and availability made the made the process of selling the family home an absolute pleasure. Most importantly, communication was seamless, with Carol and team answering any query almost immediately.
She made perfect suggestions as to what improvements we could make to prepare the property for the market, and then had a team of gardeners, painters and tradespeople to carry out the work. No time or money was wasted and in the end, a spectacular sales price was achieved!!

We carefully selected Carol Jeans to sell our Los Gatos home. Ironically, Carol was the listing agent on our property when we bought our house 23 years ago and her name came up as we were doing our research with friends who had successfully sold their home with Carol.

If you're buying or selling a home in Los Gatos, it is so important that you work with a professional who knows the area inside and out as "market price" information on Zillow, Redfin and other real estate sites may vary by hundreds of thousands of dollars on a multi-million dollar home. The market price is going to be the market price, how you approach your sale is what makes the difference.

Carol's approach is second to none and she brought us on board every step of the way. She was extremely organized, told us exactly what to expect and what we should do to receive top dollar for our property. She confirmed our assumptions in some cases, and she gave us honest feedback about how we could improve our home in other cases.

In the end, we had a very successful outcome not just because we got the price we wanted, which we did, but because things played out almost exactly as she had advised us that they would. Pretty awesome and this during the initial stages of COVID reopening.

We wholeheartedly recommend her if you're considering buying or selling a home in the valley.
