If you are looking to buy or sell Carol is whom you need. My wife and I recently went through the home buying process. It was a long summer of looking at homes and driving around the Buffalo area. The whole process was made easier by having Carol on our side. Before we even saw a house we sat down and had a conversation with Carol to clarify or goals. Being parents of young children time was not always on our side. Carol would set up houses that we could see around our kids schedules. Once we found the house we liked we received guidance on what we should offer. Once the bid was accepted that is where we saw Carol's true value. I cannot recommend Carol Klein and her team more!!! Carol was absolutely fantastic from start to finish- and even after. She routinely went above and beyond when helping me sell a house I had in the area , while I wasn’t living there. She helped me work with and met with new contractors when others didn’t work out, coordinate house cleanings, checked on the house and even picked up mail once when needed.

Flying up each week, she was willing to meet around my schedule, was always on time. I was moving to Buffalo, NY from Athens, GA. I wanted to invest in Buffalo real estate and had very little personal knowledge of the local market. I had a very wide price range and was interested in both residential and commercial properties, interested in fixer uppers and move in ready properties. The real estate market was peaking and interest rates were rising daily.

Carol helped me to navigate all of these variables, while I was in GA.

The team was responsive and engaged. Carol's knowledge of the area and market was invaluable. She was genuinely focused on finding a property that I’d be happy with, was a good investment, and not just on closing a sale. Actually talked me down from a couple properties that I was hot on, but she felt were questionable investments. Facilitated Video Call showings and when I narrowed it down to a couple of properties I was serious about purchasing, I flew up for showings, which Carol organized and attended on short notice. One showing was on a Sunday morning which we requested her to organize on Saturday, and it ended up being the property we pursued.

Ultimately landed on a residential property in a great neighborhood!

Carol had a team of professionals to help with inspection, financing, attorneys that she recommended, but did not push, and reminded that I could use her resources or source my own. I ended up going with her team and they were all highly qualified professionals who treated me with respect and were attentive to the details of the sale, with my best interest in mind.

We’ve been in the house for about 6 weeks now. Loving Buffalo, the neighborhood, and the house! I would recommend Carol and her team to family and friends.

I ended working with Carol by chance during my first home buying process! We started looking at single family homes back in November 2019, and in mid January 2020 we shifted our direction and started looking into condos/townhomes. She also arranged for the inspection and was with the inspector at time of the inspection. We were able to talk to the inspector via Zoom when he completed his inspection.
