Courtney did a great job, was very responsive and answered all my questions/concerns in a very timely manner. She listened to what I was looking for. I believe if she didn't know the answer she would find it - roofers, inspectors, etc. I never felt rushed. She also made sure that the details in the transaction were covered and acted in a very positive manner for me. Would recommend her as well as use her again in the future.

We just purchased our first house in Texas with the help of Carol Knott Tefft. She is amazing! We flew to Texas from out of state and Carol went above and beyond to spend time with us and show us properties in a short period of time. After we went back home she was communicating with us and advising us and answering all the questions we had for her in a timely manner. We flew back and closed on our first property and planning to use her for our next real estate purchase as well. She is truly fantastic and knowledgeable agent and so easy to work with. Working with Brittany Cabrera was a delight and I recommend her highly! While we were still living in Vermont Brittany helped us navigate, remotely, the entire process of moving from Vermont to Texas. She guided us through virtual showings, signing paperwork online and setting up digital payments. Brittany is knowledgeable about the area and what is happening in the market. She listened to and addressed our needs and concerns all in an efficient and timely manner. Britany made what could be a stressful process easy and enjoyable. We worked with Carol to find a new home in The Woodlands and couldn't have asked for a better experience. My family was relocating for work from the east coast so we had a lot of moving parts and a quick timeline. Carol did an amazing job of showing us the area and providing insight into the different communities to help us make the best decision possible. Due to low inventory it took us almost 2 months of looking but Carol was always available to look at houses that just came on the market and was also reaching out to her network to find houses before they were even listed.
