Carol is a great real estate agent. My wife and I have bought and sold several properties through her, and have been happy with the result each time. As a seller's agent she does a great job of helping us to be prepared to sell both in terms of getting the home ready, and also understanding the market. On the buyer's side she has a great understanding of the market, and prices, and is a fantastic negotiator. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Washington DC area.

Carol is AMAZING. Totally top notch in every single way. We have worked with her three different times over 10+ years. In that time we have rented and sold a condo & a few years later came in front out of state & purchased a home and then sold it two years later.

What makes her the absolute best is her attention to detail, her care for her clients & her communication!! She always texts or calls & takes the time to answer every question or concern. She is also a licensed appraiser which is HUGE.

She is passionate about finding her clients the right home & treating them with the utmost respect. Each time we had a tight time line often coming in from out of state and carol made sure we were her entire focus for the week we were in town. She didn’t stop & she got us into our dream home. When it came to selling it - she had us prepared by ordering all the necessary paperwork for our HOA , came in for hours the day before with beautiful flower arrangements & we received 22 offers in 4 days on the market. She is such a hard worker she doesn’t stop. We will continue to use her for every home we intend to sell or buy. You will just love her !!
