I came to Keller Williams in 2014 after 10 years of owning and operating a small firm in Lynchburg Virginia. I was licensed in 1999 and found a love for training and coaching. My growth at Keller Williams led me from first serving as Pricipal Broker, to starting the Productivity Coaching Program, then later to serve as Team Leader. My passion for leading agents to success has enabled me to bring Keller Williams Lynchburg to the number 1 Market Share in less then 4 years time.
