About Carol

Since becoming a REALTOR in 2004 and then earning her GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute designation) in 2006, Carol’s goal has always been client satisfaction. She knows how important a home is for your life and she takes it very personally when she helps you. Whether looking for your first home, dream home or downsizing, she is there to help you with your “home journey.”

An important part of being a REALTOR is communication. She always tries to be as accessible to you as possible for your questions and concerns along the way. When working with clients, she really listens to what your needs and wants are and will work to provide the best service possible. She not only sells property in Lincoln but also in many small towns in the Southeast Nebraska area, which includes acreage homes. In addition to helping buyers and sellers with existing residential homes, she also has joined the Hartland Homes sales team to be able to help people with the process of building a brand-new home. Hartland Homes provides affordable options for new home construction.

She grew up in the small town of Johnson in southeast Nebraska. She and her husband, Mike, have been married since 1984 and made their home in Lincoln in 1989. They now live on an acreage near Malcolm, which is just a few minutes north of Lincoln. She loves the quiet of country life and enjoys watching all of the wildlife in the area and her sunset views are amazing. In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, and bake, and enjoys camping and fishing. Her favorite places to travel are to the mountains in Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. She has two adult children, Adam and Amanda. Adam is working as an electrician’s apprentice in the Ft. Collins, Colorado area and her daughter Amanda is an amazing beautician in Lincoln with her own salon.

She truly loves what she does and one of the best parts is that she makes new friends along the way. You are not only clients to her, but become friends that she enjoys hearing from throughout the years.
