About Carol

I am a very motivated real estate agent with ERA Blue Key Properties. I am fairly new in the industry, but closed 13 sales in my first year, and am on target to double my numbers this year. I got into real estate because when we moved here, I found that it was hard to find an agent that was willing to communicate and return our phone calls. We were actively searching and ready to buy our new home, but no one seemed motivated (or maybe had time) to show us the homes that we were interested. Because of this experience, I felt that there was a need in this area that was not being met. Having worked in a sales environment for most of my life, real estate seemed like the perfect fit. As you may know, starting a new business and a new career can be challenging! But I absolutely love working in real estate with people to help them sell their current home, and/or find their dream home, land, or farm. I do specialize in lake homes around Watts Bar Lake (I live on the lake), but my territory covers most of the rural areas and small towns between Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Crossville. No home or land is too big or too small, I love them all! One thing that you can count on is that I will always return a phone call or text in a timely manner, if you leave a message. You can also count on me being a bulldog (respectful one, of course), when it comes to negotiation.
