About Carol

I began my real estate career in 1987, focusing on residential sales and property management in my family’s real estate firm. Over the years, I’ve expanded my experience and ownership to include several real estate companies, adding resort sales, vacation rental management, and farm and land sales to my areas of expertise.
Today, I’m the proud owner of Myers Realty, Inc., based in Surf City. Our office handles vacation and long-term rentals throughout the greater Topsail–Wilmington area, and we offer full-service listings and sales across Eastern North Carolina.
Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS®, served as the President of TIAR in 2023 and 2025, and serve on the NC REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee since 2023. I live in beautiful Topsail Beach with my husband, Keith. We have two grown sons—Patrick, a firefighter in Topsail Beach, and Ben, a REALTOR® with Myers Realty, Inc.
In my downtime, I enjoy showing gaited dressage with my Tennessee Walking Horses—a passion that brings balance and joy to my busy life in real estate.
