In 1987, at the age of 23, Barbara J. Sancilardi, Real Estate Broker, held a set of keys in her hand. Excited and a bit nervous, she opened the door to her own real estate office on Main Street; Century 21 Main Street Realty.
Barbara’s real estate background began at the age of 13 when she worked at her family’s business and by the age of 16, she was working at Atlantic Realty Development of Woodbridge, one of the largest real estate developers in the State. Her interest in real estate became more diverse as she grew. While working in the Mortgage Department of National State Bank, Barbara pursued a B.S. Degree in Business Management/Finance. At 19, she became a New Jersey State Licensed Realtor, selling homes evenings and weekends.

Barbara’s expertise goes far beyond residential real estate. She is an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Broker and is experienced in land acquisition, property management and real estate development projects.
Over the past 31 years, Barbara has developed and managed properties and subsequently leased major retail chains. Commercial clients include Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshalls, DSW, Walgreen’s, Dunkin’ Donuts and 7/11 Stores, along with local neighborhood retailers including Chinese restaurants and nail salons.
Century 21 Main Street Realty has won 25 achievement awards since 1996, including recognition as a Quality Service Office, Gold Medallion Office and the most prestigious Centurion Award (acknowledged by Century 21 Corporate (Realogy).
Professional Certifications include: Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
