About Carol

Carol has lived in the Hanover area for most of the past 30 years. In the ’80s and ’90s she was co-owner of Omer & Bob’s Sportshop in Hanover, NH. As an avid runner, skier, biker and all-around athlete, the Upper Valley has continued to feed her passion for the outdoors. As a lover of music and the arts the Upper Valley provides an abundance of opportunities to feed her soul.

In 2004, when deciding on a second career, real estate appealed to her sense of independence, as well as her enthusiasm for helping people. Working exclusively with buyers held a particular appeal in that it eliminated the inherent conflict of interest that occurs when agents from the same firm represent both the seller and buyer in the same transaction.
