Carol Shutt

Carol is born and raised in Louisville, KY and is passionate about the “HOME” and serving others in real estate and home design. She has a degree from the University of Kentucky in Physical Therapy, giving years of experience in serving patients and their families in challenging situations. This has equipped Carol with the advocacy, care, and professional service necessary to excel in journeying with clients through any and all real estate and design transactions. Her 10 years of owning her own home design business became the perfect launching pad to her real estate career in 2014 and allows her to assist clients on a more creative level if desired. This specialty allows her to further serve you in home readiness, staging, needs of interior design, home renovations or simply assisting in “envisioning” what that “top of the list” home can be. Carol creates original, creative, comfortable and functional spaces that enhance “living” in the place one calls home. Carol and her team are passionate about homes because it is where the most important aspects of life happen. As most often one’s greatest investment and the strong belief that a HOME is a gift to be shared, Carol “runs the race” hard for each and every client.
