We have worked with Carol for so many years. Carol assisted with our first listing, and it was an amazing experience. She took great photos, listed on a Friday and we had a contract on Monday. More importantly, she was always available during the process, made great suggestions, ultimately making the experience so easy. Since then, she sold other properties for us, land and homes, always professional and engaging. When there was an issue, we felt confident that she would make it work and she always managed to do so, taking the stress from us along the way. I always recommend Carol because she is simply the best at what she does.

I have had the pleasure to work with Carol now both in finding my dream home and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to sell my house for me.
She is very experienced, knowledgable and always knows where to guide you to make the best financial decisions. Points out all the must knows when you’re buying a house, knows all the right people when you need help. Is very efficient and I have never waited more than 30 seconds to get a response from her. I would refer her to all of my friends and would work with her every time. Even when I was buying a house in a different area outside her jurisdiction, she helped me out every step of the way and went out of her way to guide me. I've worked with/known Mrs Carol for about 10 years between purchasing, selling and/or trying to find rentals and she has always gone above and beyond for me. No matter what request I had she's always found a way to help me. She's answered any/all questions i have or found a way to help me find the answers. She's very knowledgeable and I find myself quite often asking for her opinion because I know she has my best interest in mind and won't hesitate to tell me if a purchase decision is wrong for me. She gives the good with the bad so you are best informed to make your decision. She's truly wonderful and a pleasure in general to have as an agent/friend.

We used Carol in 2016 to represent us as buyers, and again in 2021 to represent us as sellers. (We are moving out of state otherwise we would have used her to represent us as buyers again!)
Carol knows her stuff when it comes to real estate, the market, and state laws & regulations. She is very responsive, gets right back to you, and takes action right away - it's a relief knowing things are being taken care of and in good hands.
Carol is aggressive in the best kind of way, she does what is in the best interest of her client but isn't afraid to ruffle some feathers if need be, but she is also very kind and polite.

Carol is a 24/7, 365 a year realtor. She listens to you to discern your needs & wants and then totally researches what is available within your wants and needs. Carol will never show you homes/properties just to show you a home/property that you absolutely would not be interested in or even consider.
